You can order repeat medication online using the NHS app, through your local pharmacy or through Patient Access.
The surgery is open 08:00-18:30 Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays*
* For requests between 18:00-18:30 Monday, Tuesday and Thursday please call 07745206991.
* The surgery is open from 07:20-18:30 on Wednesday and Friday.
Surgery times may vary. The reception staff will be pleased to give you details. They will also be able to advise you which doctors are on duty on a particular day.

Your details will be taken and passed to a relevant clinician.
At the Anchor Meadow Health Centre reserved car parking spaces for the disabled are marked near the front door. Wheelchair access is available throughout the building. Although patient services are provided at ground floor level, a lift is provided to access the first floor if required. A disabled patients’ WC is provided on the ground floor and another is available on the first floor if required.
If access proves difficult to any of our disabled patients we would be happy to consider any suggestions for improvement.
Extra GP appointments available for Walsall patients - ONLY DARLASTON AND PINFOLD ARE OPERATIONAL DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC.
Patients registered with a Walsall GP can benefit from the Extended GP Access Service.
NHS Walsall Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) has worked with local GPs to create three Hubs based at Darlaston Health Centre in Darlaston, Pinfold Health Centre in Bloxwich and Broadway Medical Practice. The Hubs are currently run by a group of local GPS.
Since launching the service in December 2017 and up until May 2018, more than 8,500 patients have accessed the service.
When can I get an out-of-hours appointment?
Extra GP appointments on will be available between:
· 6.30pm – 9pm weekdays
· 10am – 3pm weekends (excluding Darlaston Health Centre)
· 11am – 1.30pm Bank Holidays
However, people will only be seen if they have booked an appointment.
How can I book one of these appointments?
A dedicated number has been set up and appointments can be booked by calling 01922 501999 during the following times:
· 8am – 9pm weekdays
· 10am – 3pm weekends
· 11am – 1pm bank holidays
NHS 111 will also be able to book an appointment for you if they feel you need to see a GP.
Do I need to be registered at one of the three surgeries where the Hubs are based to use the service?
No, you can be registered with any GP in Walsall to access the extra appointments. Please note you will need to travel to one the three Hubs (listed above).
What if I’m not registered with a Walsall GP?
If you are not a registered patient at a Walsall GP, you will not be able to access these out-of-hours appointments. More information about these services can be found on Walsall CCG’s website: www.walsallccg.nhs.uk.
When should I use the Hubs?
The extra appointments are for patients who have a pressing illness or injury and are unable to attend their GP during normal opening hours. They are not walk-in centres and both of Walsall’s urgent care centres and its A&E department will still be open as normal for people to use in serious or life threatening emergencies.
