Very Good = 374 – ‘Prompt service, appointment on time. Pleasant and professional staff’.

Good = 39 – ‘Always efficient and kind service. Concerns listened to. Triage is always responsive and booked appointment in a timely manner’.

Neither Good Nor Poor = 11 – ‘I had to wait 90 minutes’.    

Poor = 4 – ‘The doctor was late seeing me.’    

Very Poor = 6 – ‘40 minutes late seeing me

Don’t Know = 9 – ‘Appointment was cancelled due to internet not working was told to rebook next week’.
