Very Good = 461 – ‘Lou was excellent. Knowledgeable and had exactly the right attitude to the situation’.

Good = 35 – ‘Very quick and positive agreement between myself and Doctor on next step’.

Neither Good Nor Poor = 3 – ‘Appointment was over 40 minutes late’.        

Poor = 3 – ‘Not happy with the appointment’.           

Very Poor = 5 – ‘Never had any problems each time I have been. Nurses have always been very good’.
