Cholesterol Awareness Day 20th November between 10am and 2pm.
The PPG (Patient Participation Group) is a volunteer led group who aim to raise awareness throughout the year on selected topics.
They are having an awareness day about Cholesterol. You may have been advised that your Cholesterol is high, or you may just be interested in finding out more. For example:-
What is cholesterol?
When is it a concern?
What should you do about it?
Where can you search for help?
There will be leaflets on diet, exercise, recipes, heart heath and other useful information.

Please do not use this online form for urgent or emergency requests. The submitted forms will only be read during office hours. The forms will not be read on the weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) or on bank holidays. They will not be read Monday to Friday between the hours of 7.00pm to 7.00am. Please contact 111 during out of hours or 999 if this is an emergency.
If you wish to see a GP or other Clinician between 6.30pm and 9pm or on a Saturday between 9am and 5pm please telephone OurNet on 01922 501999. Please note this service does not operate on a Sunday or bank holiday.

The Online service is open from 7.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday. On occasions, we may pause this service if we reach our capacity.
The surgery is open 8.00am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
