Northgate Practice is using a new internet appointment booking system.

If you have received your letter from the surgery with PIN number and Access ID number  CLICK HERE  to create your account or to sign in once you have created an account.


Please note only routine 10min doctors appointments can be booked using this system. For any urgent or practice nurse appointments, please phone the normal surgery number 01922 450900.

How it works
After initial registration, the new system allows you to view a range of available appointments and take time to choose the best one for you. You can also view any existing appointments, cancel appointments if necessary and also send short messages to the practice and see the reply.

Getting Started
To use this facility, patients must come in person to the surgery and ask the receptionist for a registration form for internet appointment booking. This form contains all the details they will need to complete registration on the internet. After registering, you log on with your patient number and password.

Security
Security of patient information is very important to us. All communications with this system are encrypted, using the same high security that major banks use for their internet transactions (128 bit SSL). Only you can see the personal information you enter.
